Welcome to Accrofit! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

​Classes

Accrofit offers physical training services, classes, and gym access. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified without notice.

​Enrollments and payments

Memberships are automatically billed every month. Payments are due on the start date of your membership and then on the same date each month, based on the anniversary of your membership. For example, if your membership starts on the 10th of the month, subsequent payments will be due on the 10th of each month.

 

Termination and cancellation

Members can cancel their membership at any time, with no commitment. No cancellation fees will be applied, but payments already made are non-refundable.

 

Health and security

By participating in our programs, you certify that you are in good health and physically able to engage in physical activity. You acknowledge that physical exercise can be intense and may result in injury. You agree to release Accrofit from any liability related to injuries or health conditions resulting from your participation.

 

Code of conduct

Members must respect the facilities and their rules, the equipment, and other members. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in the termination of membership.

 

Other causes of termination

Accrofit reserves the right to terminate your membership for any violation of the rules in effect and/or these terms of use.

 

Applicable laws

This contract is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec.
